🧘♂️ Poses
Our Poses API is exposed via Firebase Cloud Function Callables.

| Squat | ![]() | squats | ✅ | Body facing the camera. Make sure knees are visible. Best if ankles are too. |
| Jumping jack | ![]() | jumping-jacks | ✅ | Body facing the camera. Stand at least 4.5 feet from the camera, so that when you begin to jump, your swinging hands are visible on the screen. Make sure your initial position is "Stand upright with your legs together, arms at your sides". |
| Push up | ![]() | push-ups | ✅ | Lie down with head's down. Head position towards the camera. The rep counting will be more accurate if you perform wide hands push-up, but make sure your elbows are visible on the screen. |
| Reverse lunge | ![]() | reverse-lunges | ✅ | Body facing the camera. Make sure your upper body is straight up when you lunge. Try your best to make your front knee is at 90 degrees, and another kneeling knee also at 90 degrees almost touching the ground. |
| Standing bicycle crunch | ![]() | standing-bicycle-crunches | ✅ | Body facing the camera. Put your hands behind your head, and hold them there throughout. Raise your left knee to touch your right elbow, and back to start position. Repeat the move with right knee with left elbow, and so on. |
| Cross leg swings | ![]() | cross-leg-swings | ✅ | Body facing the camera. Initial pose is similar to "T pose". Extend and raise the arms to shoulder level. Make sure the arm is straight. Try your best to swing your leg high enough to touch your hand. If touching the hand with your foot is not possible, try your best to get them as close as possible. |
| High knees | ![]() | high-knees | ✅ | Face the camera with feet hip-width apart. Alternate lifting your knees high, aim for the chest level. Keep the pace quick, back straight, and arms moving for balance. |
| Curtsey lunge | ![]() | curtsey-lunge | ✅ | Start facing the camera, feet shoulder-width apart. Step back diagonally with one leg into a lunge. Alternate sides, keeping the torso upright. |
| Side lunge | ![]() | side-lunge | ✅ | Face the camera, start with feet together. Step wide to one side and lower into a lunge. Keep the opposite leg straight, alternate sides. |
| Oblique knee crunches | ![]() | oblique-knee-crunches | ✅ | Stand facing the camera, hands behind your head. Crunch side to side, lifting knee to the elbow. Engage obliques, alternate knees. |
| Squat jumps | ![]() | squat-jumps | ✅ | Face the camera, start with a regular squat. Jump up explosively and land back in a squat. Keep landing soft and back straight. |
