Our Poses API is exposed via Firebase Cloud Function Callables.

The rep counting will be more accurate if you perform wide hands push-up, but make sure your elbows are visible on the screen.

Make sure your upper body is straight up when you lunge.
Try your best to make your front knee is at 90 degrees, and another kneeling knee also at 90 degrees almost touching the ground.

Put your hands behind your head, and hold them there throughout.
Raise your left knee to touch your right elbow, and back to start position. Repeat the move with right knee with left elbow, and so on.

Initial pose is similar to "T pose".
Extend and raise the arms to shoulder level.
Make sure the arm is straight.
Try your best to swing your leg high enough to touch your hand.
If touching the hand with your foot is not possible, try your best to get them as close as possible.

Alternate lifting your knees high, aim for the chest level.
Keep the pace quick, back straight, and arms moving for balance.

Step back diagonally with one leg into a lunge.
Alternate sides, keeping the torso upright.

Step wide to one side and lower into a lunge.
Keep the opposite leg straight, alternate sides.

Crunch side to side, lifting knee to the elbow.
Engage obliques, alternate knees.

Jump up explosively and land back in a squat.
